The 3rd Eye Chakra

Your 3rd Eye Chakra is highly unique and is associated with your intuition, higher mind and psychic abilities. Activating your 3rd eye can come through several forms and there are practices to better hone in on your ability to use your 3rd eye. Some of these practices come thru meditation, using your singing bowl or guided videos, soaking in complete darkness (this can be done by shutting out all the lights at night) among others. Some of us have naturally active 3rd eyes and others of us can learn how to open our 3rd eye Chakra.

Hamsa is an ancient sacred emblem that many cultures have adopted. The hand held upright with an eye known as the “all seeing eye” and is an amulet or talisman used to ward off evil. The all seeing eye is an ancient relic used in many cultures.
