Stones:

Wing bottle: Little bottles filled with moss, marigolds, roses, kyanite, quartz, flourite and rose quartz. These are all great stones for connecting with earth, spirit, ourselves and higher good.

Angelite (blue tumble)- Used for channeling, communication & is a great calming stone.

Angel Aura Quartz (rainbow color/"treated")- Used to create harmony, spiritual strength, better communication & call to in your spirit guides.

Celestite (blue druzy)- Used for connecting with spirits, peaceful feelings, seeking enlightenment and mental clarity.

Simple explanation- Use your crystal grid kit (stones and wood slice) by setting an intention or spiritual connection.. Use the painted design as a “grid” that you set the crystals upon like a little meditative crystal zen garden. If you love what you created you can glue it down.

Crystal grid stones are: quartz, kyanite, rose quartz, aventurine and flourite. If you like you can glue your stones down with traditional white glue. See video on using your crystal grids

In general blue crystals are essential to your throat/communication chakra. These are great stones for speaking your mind. Clear crystals are known to open your crown chakra which is essential to connecting to your higher source of consciousness and spiritual openness.
